We ship worldwide from our studio. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. A signature may be required upon delivery depending on your local carrier’s policy.

Customs & Import Duties

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional clearance or handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. VETARAPETS does not cover, reimburse, or assume responsibility for any import-related fees required for the delivery of your order.
